Allan J. Zlimen:
Mr. Zlimen is a founding Shareholder, Officer and Attorney. Primary areas of practice include Fair Debt Collection Practices Act defense litigation and compliance, collection and financial institution regulatory matters and bankruptcy. Mr. Zlimen graduated from the University of Minnesota and William Mitchell College of Law. He is admitted to Minnesota State and Minnesota Federal Bars. Mr. Zlimen has been chosen as a “Super Lawyer” in a poll of more than 9,000 attorneys for 4 consecutive years. He has also published books dealing with collection and consumer compliance issues, has a long career as a legislative lobbyist, was formerly an Instructor of Business Law at Minnesota State Community College, and serves on numerous Boards of Directors and Advisory Committees.
