Electronic Conversion or Interface Support
We are able to accept data from our clients electronically. We will work with our clients on the type of electronic method they would prefer. We will meet all standards regarding privacy and security.
On-line Access for Clients
Our system is setup to allow our clients web access to their accounts. This is done through a secure web site. Through the web interface system, the client can view individual accounts, post payments and adjustments on accounts, view and print any archived reports, run reports as needed to either view or print. Through the web interface, a client can choose if they would want our agency to print reports to be mailed of have them available through the website.
Customized Reports
When accounts are entered, an acknowledgement indicating detail of each account is produced and forwarded to you for your records. Status and statistical reports can be provided to you monthly, quarterly, annually or as needed. These are provided so you may track results on overall placements or on each individual account.
There are times that accounts will be determined to be uncollectible and therefore, they will be returned to you. A Close and Return report can be provided monthly.
Our software system is able to produce many specialized reports. We can produce those specific reports at our client’s request at anytime.
Back Ups
Full system back-ups are done daily. This is done to ensure that all information is secure. PMSI has always been able to be up and running during normal business hours.
