The Phoenix letter series program is designed to assist our clients in the follow up of their delinquent accounts. By using the Phoenix letter series program we can promote in an economical manner, the generation of a contact or payment.
We use a collection letter series designed to entice patients to pay before they are turned over for collections. This brings a third party involvement early on in the collection process.
The series can be set up with letters at intervals of your choosing. We have samples of letters we have used or text of the letters can be produced to your specifications. All letters will be reviewed by an attorney for compliance to all applicable laws.
At the end of the letter series, clients will have the option of turning the accounts over for normal collections.
